El programa El líder en mí es un modelo de transformación escolar integral basado en evidencias, diseñado para empoderar a los estudiantes con liderazgo y habilidades para la vida necesarias para el éxito. Basado en "Los 7 hábitos de la gente altamente efectiva" de Stephen Covey, el programa equipa a los estudiantes con las herramientas para volverse autosuficientes, establecer metas, priorizar tareas y trabajar bien con los demás. Al fomentar una cultura de liderazgo, responsabilidad y rendición de cuentas, El líder en mí alienta a los estudiantes a hacerse cargo de su aprendizaje y crecimiento, creando un entorno escolar positivo que nutre a líderes preparados para el futuro.
